Instructions:

STEP 1:

Click "Save" and choose a convenient location on your disc, for example on your desktop.  Please wait for the file to download. 

STEP 3:

Locate the file on your computer and double click.  It will then open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader.  To print the document, choose File and then Print from the menu.
